Shop Policies

All sales are final, however please contact me within 24 hours after delivery if you find a problem with your order and I will work on getting that fixed for you. I package my stained glass pieces with great care and thoroughly look over each piece before shipping.
I always aim to accurately photograph finished pieces as correctly as possible but please keep in mind that each monitor can differ.
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All US orders will receive a tracking number. I currenlty only ship within the US at the moment.
